Let’s talk about Wednesdays. I don’t know about you, but Wednesdays are a tough one for me. They always seem to require a little more willpower than what’s left in the tank. #Humpday feels so close, yet so far from the freedom and relaxation of #Friyay. To-do lists seem to be piling sky-high despite working nose to the grindstone, and I really need two clones of myself to get everything done. Consequently, eating healthy can start to feel like a chore – or worse, an option. 🙁

There is only so much multi-tasking a sponge can do.

Enter: Wednesday pick-ups at all our locations! 🙂

Getting all of your meals on Monday is fine and dandy, but maybe you’re left high-and-dry, scrounging for food come the end of the week. Or maybe, you’d just rather have the same level of super-freshness for your meals during the second half of the week that you had for the first half. All I know is, Wednesdays could use a little help, and since when does good food not make everything better? Here at Food Therapy, we aim to bring you the freshest quality meals for you to enjoy exactly when you want them.
